In general, metabolism already started decline after age of 25 and then menopause has kicked in around 40 years old. This is the reason why even I have not changed my eating amount or eating junk food all the time, the weight just go up…. The reason to Lose weight
Because of reaching 40 years old, estrogen starts to decrease and insulin starts to increase. And on top of that, we have already started to decline our metabolism. That is reason why it is harder to lose weight. It is not only that, it is hard to maintain blood vessels and keep bone density.
