One simple thing is to start with “Warm You Up”. Especially, warm your bottom half of your body, which is the part that makes your blood circulation flow. Also, keep your body temperature high and create a good environment to produce and keep hormones in your body.
When you feel hot flashes, you might notice your bottom half of your body is cold but your top half is very hot. One of many reasons why you have hot flashes is that your blood vessels shrink and your blood does not circulate smoothly, making it even worse and unbalancing your hormones. Another reason is that, hot flashes are triggered by stress.
